Surely the golden dream of every blog and site owner is to milk the best top paying Google AdSense keywords.

adsense

Let's dig into this issue deeper so that your actions about AdSense make sense.

The fight for the lovely AdSense bucks of the advertiser is already taking place for years. Sites with positions #1, 2, 3 and even simply page 1 in Google results for these top paying keywords are not fools - it is very rare that someone grabs top positions for this type of keywords by mistake.

Most often if you do a quick research for some of the top paying AdSense keywords you will see that most of the sites on page 1 have thousands and even dozens of thousands of backlinks. Surely not all these backlinks

have proper keyword in the anchor text. But are you ready to start a multi-year fight for the keyword that requires at least several thousand backlinks to get page 1 in Google?

It is better to be realistic - in case you do not have a large pool of quality backlinks at your disposal (numbered in thousands of backlinks) - then stop scratching your hands. These keywords are not for you. But this does not mean that you will not see big profits from AdSense program.

The success tip is simple - stay under the radars and choose keywords with lesser competition.

Yes, these keywords will have smaller search demand. Yes, they will be paying you less for each click. But it's better to have #1 posiion for 20 keywords with search

volume of 50 searches per month (in total 20 x 50 = 1,000 targeted searches into your pocket) instead of hoping to become king of a hill for a keyword with high search demand.
